David has worked at houses across the US and abroad, including Washington National Opera, Minnesota Opera, Seattle Opera, and Wexford Festival Opera. He has assisted notable directors including Francesca Zambello, David Alden, Stephen Lawless, Tomer Zvulun, and Andrea Cigni. Drawn to new work, he has worked on many world premieres: The Shining, Dinner at Eight, Today it Rains, and A New Kind of Fallout, among others.
